Ok, you must be talking about Rapid-Prototype machines.

1st = WAY TO MUCH. We're talking tens of thousands.

2nd = Same as first.

3rd = Yes there are places that you could go to commission a job like this, but for a one time production the cost would be much less than buying your own setup, but still way to much(still ten thousand or more).

You would be better off (unless you're uber rich and have money to burn) trying CNC production like these guys are ---> Legendary Armor

In short, this is a really good idea, but only if you are willing to spend an ungodly amount of money to make a suit.

to get something done the size of a key ring, you're looking at about 100 dollars. If you're smart and a bit techy you can build your own though. do a search on "clanking replicators"
