I am so happy with how this turned out.
Again I was in talks with Asgardianhammer through this whole process who has helped be make the design not suck (my attempts were *bad*)
Now I supposed I have another 6 to make for the US regiments, Then start looking at international ones
Also since I can laser cut stencils with high precision I don't need to worry about the small letters! But not too small, don't go crazy people
