Anyway, if the AR is hollow, the foam you put between halves, is it like green stuff, or more like the foam used in walls or in sculpture?

I'd rather put an airsoft innards inside one of these instead of foam.

these are hollow. You should make it about 36" long or so... mine is 34" I think.
