ok, thanks!
Yeah will attempt to straighten it before i resin it, but for now i am foaming it up :p

Erm, I don't want to spread any more half-truths, but I would have resined it first and then used foam..?

My suggestion at this point... wait for somebody else to answer who is not sitting in a basement in a secret place, working on utterly different techniques :-D

Haha, its ok mate, you have given me heaps of good ideas and suggestions!!!
Just finished the expanding foam, here are the pics...

I only put expanding foam where needed, for example bits that were not strong. As i did not fill the model with foam, it will not explode! I just wiped the foam around the edges. Its already dry and quite strong, whilst being light!!!
Tomorrow i will hopefully sand back the excess foam on the outside and resin!
I will resin the pep model next....

*EDIT*
Progress thread moved to MA5C Rifle Build

Do you guys have Repco's where you are? That oir other similar autostores should have Body Filler, and heaps of it. About $20 - $40 depending on how much you get. I think 4L was $45, and that's HEAPS.
