D dkaniel New Member Oct 5, 2010 #3 I'm building my son the ODST outfit for halloween and for the helmet I'm using clear plastic (.015 thick) with window tint on it that I bought at Tap Plastics. Its a simplified visor, but its quick, cheap and you can see through it.
