An easy way to fiberglass the inside.

Many of us have been gluing our glass to the helmet before resining, it seems to have the same strength as dipping glass into the resin, it's alot cleaner too. I did this with my suit of armor as well.

I really don't know how great of an idea it is to use a hairdryer to set bondo. So, I decided to go and check a .pdf on Bondo's health hazards which gives a rather decent arguement:

So, be careful when you use a heater to help dry the resin.

Yes, bondo is highly flammable. But so is hair spray, and people hair spray their hair and then use a dryer.
Just use caution, and keep the dryer at least four inches away. From experience, dryers dont burn things until you are like two inches away, and you have to keep it there for a while. Hair dryers also have a cold setting, which is slower, but more for the wary.
