Event Description
This is the Third we are doing an outdoor movie night at the park and we are showing Ready Player One. We have some activities going on before hand one of which is a photo booth where we would like to people take photos with video game cosplayers. The 405th seamed like a great group to reach out to to make that happen.

Can you provide a secure changing room/staging area to accommodate costumed attendees?
No
Will you provide free entry to event for 405th members and handlers?
Yes
Please list any other ameneties you are willing to offer our volunteers (food, water, etc.)
We can offer free water and snacks. This is being hosted by a non profit so we are limited in the kind of budget we have to provide food
Request Description
We are just looking for a few people to take pics with kids/attendees at the movie night. We plan on setting up a photo booth to attendees take photos against and thought having Halo Cosplayers to take photos with would be fun especially since the Spartans have a couple little scenes in Ready Player One."
This sounds like a good excuse to suit up! Plus if you haven't seen the movie yet it is worth a watch for sure. I unfortunately have committed to a smallish local con nearby.
