Head and Torso are Pepakura fiberglass build.
I cladded the form with Aluminum Gutter Flashing material.
Electro etch the AL for Details.

I got mine at home depot. Any home improvement store should have it in the roofing or gutter section.

Pepakura fiberglass, then clad in Aluminum Flashing.
Electro Etch the Aluminue for styling and detail.
I Used a welders face shield to hide my face.
Added Lights for the eyes.

Pretty sure this armor on a human would be seen as an insult to the elites in the halo universe... jkjk looks great dude! this is such a unique and awesome idea and its come together insanely great!!

I just used a box cutter to score the metal. The fold metal back and forth til cut. Use cut resistance gloves for safety

Can I ask how you connected the metal pieces together on the chest, and did you use elastic between the arm and leg armour bits to hold them together?
