Thanks for being a calming voice here!

For what it's worth, I'm currently doing a heat test in nearly exactly the conditions my totes should be subjected to. I put some off-cuts and test pieces in my otherwise empty black tote and put it out in the Florida sun. Even in the fall, if it can survive the Florida sun, it can probably survive elsewhere. Not overly scientific by any means, but I'll post the results here in a bit. At least it can give some idea of what potential outcomes could be.
I'll be interested to see how your tests turn out!

So again, very unscientific, but I set my black tote out in the sun with a failed print inside during the time of my flight (late afternoon), and while the tote got a little warmer, the inside wasn't even really warm. I could run a more aggressive test, but in FL autumn in mostly sunny weather, it was not even close enough for me to be worried about it. If it were summer, I might still do another test, but for now, I'm not worried about it. ArcaneGhoul
