It's looking good! I built a scout helm a few weeks ago with the same pep file.

Just added layer #2 to the outside... Next week I will have the inside done... By march ill have it finished...

Looking great, Art! Looks like minimal warping, so hopefully a quick sanding will get you closer to a smooth finish.

Color is a very personal choice. I really think you should use what makes you happy but if those two are what you want to use, I like blues but I also like greens, so why not do both, either green with blue detailing or blue with green detailing.

all done with first white coat all i need is blue and black after two more coats more pics later...
