So I've fiberglassed my helmet and now I'm trying to figure out how to attach the visor I have to the helmet. It's a full-sized motorcycle visor, but is rather narrow in terms of its height so I don't have much room for error. Any ideas?

Because you are squeezing the visor in, it should stay there without moving. You can still use black stuff for window (the silicon thingy) or hot glue.

What style visor did you get?.... I need to pick one up also and there is a lot..of different types.

The current test one I have in is simply fitted to place inside and hot glued.

A HJC Gold Visor. Or just a normal one if you don't want gold.

I use a Dark Smoke Hawk-10. I think it's the name.

i used a shoei visor.i cut two pieces of small flat wood panel glued them in with gorilla glue.then drilled two holes on each side of the visor and screwed it in.that way u can always remove the visor without messing up the helmet.

I have the "AFX Shield for FX96 Helmet". I'll probably try the hot-glue approach as I don't have a workshop or access to one to do the wood work. Did any of you cut your visor down before gluing it in?
