It somewhat does look like the inner thigh part, but not really if you look at it close enough, it doesn't look like it would be fit well to the thigh.
When I saw the first pic, I thought it kinda looked like a display of some sorts, but thats it. Same with the second..... I say we need more pictures!

Its under the 'Molded Armor' section, so it wouldnt really make sense for it to be anything other than armor.

wow. I work with CNC machines here at Purdue. (looks like vert. mill) it really could be anything. those are just first step rough cuts (that's why the bit is so big and so much material scrap for those who don't what is CNC mach. is). i really have no idea what it could be. but it is in the molded armor section soo.....?

Its a CNC something.... perhaps a new helmet? An armor variation? A new weapon? Who knows.... but i know i really want to find out!
