Alright so I gotta know, what would everyone's song of choice or even genre be inside of your helmet if you were a Spartan/ODST/Marine in a firefight?

Personally mine would be between Elton John's " I'm Still Standing " and " Barbie Girl " by Aqua, maybe even " Holding Out For a Hero "?

For me it's a lot of game themes...
  • Devil May Cry 5 - Devil Trigger, Bury the Light
  • Metal Gear Rising - Rules of Nature, The only Thing I know.
  • Megaman X5 - X vs Zero
  • Megaman Zero 4 - Falling Down, Straight Ahead.
  • F-Zero X - Big Blue.
  • Final Fantasy 7 - Jenova, Still more fighting.
  • Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night - Silent Howling
  • Castlevania: Symphony of the Night - Vampire Killer (V2), Bloody Tears.

For non-game themes, a few like (but not limited to):
  • Amaranthe - Drop Dead Cynical
  • Powerwolf - Demons are a girl's best friend
  • Sabaton - To Hell and Back or Lady of the Dark
  • Avenged Sevenfold - Blinded in Chains

Definitely a lot of electro house. Some examples:
  • Rogue - Dynamite
  • Noisestorm - Renegade
  • Daft Punk - Derezzed
  • Deadmau5 - A City in Florida
  • Pixl - Sugar Rush
  • Stonebank - What's Going Down
Also both of the Mick Gordon Doom soundtracks.

No Particular order to my list but these are my top 10:

-Full Circle by Nickleback
-Storm by Anomy5
-Grinder from Red Alert 2 (Frank Klepacki)
-Hellfighters by Sabaton (I keep going back to the massive hockey fights where everyone Comes off the benches to brawl with this one)
-Hross by SKALD
-Ланом Широким by Широкий Лан
-Schwarze Sonne by E Nomine
-Contra la Luna by P.T. Adamczyk (For CQC brawls)
-BRAZILIAN DANCA PHONK by 6YNTHMANE & RXDXVIL
and of course
-Blow Me Away by Breaking Benjamin

-Honorable mention for the masterpiece of psychological warfare that is Caramelldansen by Caramella Girls

I personally love some Ghost, especially around spooky season, or maybe some Iron Maiden or Metallica. I'd say the Doom soundtrack but I'd get cocky and try to Leroy Jenkins a Scarab, universally considered a bad idea even if you're Master Chief himself.

Peyton Parrish does some amazing Disney cover songs. Not really great as battle mixes (though I'm sure playing "Let It Go" on repeat for 50 hours would make enemy troops want to give up just to end their misery...)

I'd also suggest Miracle of Sound's "Take it Back (2021 version)" or "Show Your Style".
