Wait a min, is there a smoothing option in pepakura?

Or am I just not reading the post right?

There is no smooting option. But there are two very influential parameters in Line Style Configuration. They called "Hide fold lines almost flat" and "Angle that is considered to be almost flat".

UPDATE:

The last pieces glued in, next step - resining :)

P.S. Reminds an urinal a little, isn't it?

I've added two special insertions (supports) for easier resining:

It does look a lot smoother than papercraft usually looks. So, do you normally use cardboard for support or the paper support struts? I ask because I'm debating on whether or not to use the paper supports when i glass my armor.

Keep up the good work, by the way :)

I'm amazed too :)

Always.
Whether cardboard or paper - depends on
what where more appropriate by situation.

Resining was really easy, it took me ~30 minutes - all the preparations and the work :)

Helmet isn't such small as it appears on pic, it just stands much far from camera than me :)

That looks really nice Bevbor. Think I'll have to use this one when I build mine - hopefully soon. Great work and thanks.
