Thanks, it shouldn't be too long before we're done, actually. We're going to Anime Detour in Minneapolis this weekend, so it has to be done enough to wear on friday morning.:eek
This weekend was super productive. We got the leather all done, with finishing the sewing on the corset, and cutting and dying the straps for the tank and arms.
I also finally got the last detailing on the barrel of the needle-lance fabricated and applied.
We've gotten much of the painting done, Annie is a natural at weathering with acrylic paints.
I'd painted this with rustoleum hammered metal, and blackwashed it with flat black primer. It was a marginal at best paintjob before she worked it over with her paints.
Test fitting the lance parts. And, starting to paint it.
Base coating parts!
