I'm going to have to call BS on this, because it's obvious that you have NO IDEA what you're on about, put nicely, and I've tried, but I can't find any hint of sarcasm.ultrakiller said:RROD:Windows' tactical marketing for the stupid ones to buy XboX 360 forever.Clever ones fix this by any means necessary.
Windows Vista:Already the Internet viruses have targeted Vista. The worst security=Vista.Resources are not included because it will be like XP when it was released. The industry will go further only for Vista(memory,video,audio...)
64-bit:Lack of compatibility with many things that can be installed, from Games until Applications.
Anyway, look at it this way: Vista backwards-compatibility is top notch.
When a new OSX version comes out, it breaks stuff. this is the rational way to do it, keep it clean.
When a new WIN version comes out, they try not to break stuff. stupid, but easier for users.
I haven't found anything that didn't work on Vista 64bit other than old DOS games and my logitech webcam. Not too bad. The reason why some things won't work is usually because there programming is flawed in the first place, and its pot-luck they work on the previous OS.
