building on details

for building details onto a cardboard weapon, what do you suggest, i have thought of bondo, model magic, air dry clay, and possibly making a mold of a clay one to get a better texture

It's a two part clay, which gets as hard as a rock after 24H

Dont use Bondo filler because it has hardly any sculpting ability. You put it on and then sand it down afterward and thats about how much creative slackness it has lol
