This is part of My call of duty 4 nerf war project in conjunction with www.Nerfhaven.com

This is the first paint job for the M14 or M16 (havent decided yet) Nerf gun (Recon Cs-6)

Here is the Red Tiger Reference Screen shot i hastily took.

Here is One Side of the Barrel Extension/Silencer:

this is the list:

1 coat inside and outside Black Primer: Warhammer Primer (i had it even though its more expensive.
1 coat inside and outside of Boltgun Metal Spray
Then i used painters tape to preserve the areas i wanted to keep gunmetal, and sprayed "Krylon Red: smooth" over it.
Take off the tape 20 minutes later and feel the love

I thought so. It looks really cool, but the paint looks a bit orangish (unless it's supposed to be like that).

It was really bright before it got a chance to cure and fully dry. now its mellowed out to a errr cranberry cocktail color
