I happened to stumble upon the forum where you might have found that picture - Forum

The picture below that one comes from a Halo official calendar for 2008, I think...I have the calendar somewhere and I'm sure it's from a calendar. As for the one you've provided, it might well be from next years calendar. Unfortunately, you can't find the picture any larger online, but you could always have a look for the calendar or Art of Halo book...
