Can't post in Noob forum?

I'm trying to post my first build thread, but it says that posting in the noob forum is not allowed for me. Did I do something wrong? Is this an error?

Any help will be much appreciated.

But since I am a noob, shouldn't I post in the NOOB forum?

the NOOB forum is the starting grounds for members when they first join and have something to post straight away. if they dont and have a number of posts later on, then it goes in the creation discussion for example, cos they are no longer a "member" but an "infantryman".
