Cinema 4D file to .obj conversion trouble.

I received a file in Cinema 4D format(.c4d) earlier today from a client who heard that I make statues of characters from 3D models. My problem is that I need to convert the file to .obj format so I can get started on the figure(s). If anyone knows how to convert it to .obj or import it into Blender, your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
