yeah we like doing props for the heck of it like if u look we have been making a guilty spark 343 he is here on the forums also with pix hes about 85% complete

Yeah I saw him, he's turning out pretty good. Good luck on him by the way and I can't wait to see the finished product. I don't know much about lighting but what would be awesome if you could try and make the light pulsate every time he talks. Just a thought

at least give credit to me, and yes i can prove they are mine



all else looks good tho, but for the elite "body" parts (ie head) are actually scaled too small. that piece should be scaled @ 25-30 (true scale)

Yes, I read your forum and found that Elite head. I couldn't find your forum again so I forgot your name sorry, I'll go change that. I never said I made it, all I said was that I scaled and Unfolded it. I didn't say I made the Brute helmet either, so I will give you credit for that aswell.

I hope they are but I won't know until I actually make them. The Elite's head is 28 centimeter wide, which should be able to fit on someone's head.



If you plan to make it build the neck piece first and tell me if it's too small. Thanks

It's alright. Thanks for the Picture, I actually found a SketchUp file on an Elite without armor so thats what i'm using right now for scale.

Wait, did you say you are using sketchup? I am too (trying to make something close to acurate to post up on the forums) I am not very good though . do you or kingcobra have any tips?

In SketchUp I like to use the Scale feature, press a face then press "S" on the keyboard. It's pretty much alot of moving things around and connecting pieces together with the Pencil tool.

that pic is a model i've got in 3ds right now that i'm using and unfolding as i type this and eat lunch all at the same time



also torso is unfolded, up soon when head is also unfolded (30%)

That turned out really good, nice job dude. If the helmet is that big, it's safe to say that the face should fit nicely.



Really nice job on the Pep, thanks for Posting and I should be starting the model tomorrow. Nice job once again, Oh and if you downsized the helmet make sure to downsize the mask/face.



Also do you think it's actually good size for the costume, thanks.

writing this for hubby but yeah it was a good size like he said we downsized 10% and that was a little better it should b around the right size for a full scale elite even tho it will be huge. but we are not looking forward to resin and bondoing this since guilty was a pain this will b to.and he took the pic wearing it to give the size idea he is 6 foot so yeah its big and like the idea we had about it as a shoulder armor would not work at all maybe as a shield tho.

Thanks for the Info. I may make it smaller but Elites are pretty big, about 8 feet tall. So their helmet should be pretty big too.
