Wow, time for the third problem. So I fixed the controller issue. Then I fixed the not cutting issue. Now there is another. When the cutting is complete many of the lines, more-so the ones closer to the corner without a registration mark, are off of the ink lines, in some spots by like 1 or 2 millimeters. I would take a picture but my camera can't capture the detail.

Next problem. Any lines or parts of lines about 6cm from the bottom of the page and closer are not being cut. To explain this I present to you a bad MS paint image. Here the shape is drawn and the red lines are what is being cut. Why is this happening?

Yes I am aligning the paper right. I spent about 10 minutes getting it perfect and the problem still occurred.

I also contacted Silhouette but they said because Pepakura wasn't their product they couldn't help me.

I assume you're trying to cut out the pieces by pressing the "cut" button? It's the last button in the bottom row. It's yellow.

Thanks guys. I was using the video in that thread you linked me Roadkiller and I got up to the part where you have to press "Cut Developments" after you have put the sheet into the machine. That's where the problem occurs.

I hate to bump this but I really need to figure this out. I followed your link DaSlacker and I see what I need but when I go to download it it says I need to make an account. So I go to that and I need to put in my serial number so I put in the number that is directly under the barcode on the back of my machine and it says its not a valid code. What?

You're trying to input a Silhouette SD number into a CraftROBO website. Even though are the same machine, they are made by different companies. You have to go to Silhouette's website for that.

Oh lol. Fail on my part. Anyways I have tried everything, anyone know who I should contact about this? CraftROBO, Pepakura, or Silhouette? All three companies are involved I am just wondering who would understand the issue the best.

I believe I had a similar issue when I got my silhouette. First thing, examine the actual drivers. I had to manually install an automatic update because it kept failing to install it during...install :p

Second, try moving the USB cable from the graphtec to a different port. Don't know why, but these two things solved my issue.

Aha! After trying everything here one last time I finally discovered what the problem is. When I go to the printing preferences of my Graphtec CC330l and go to Controller it says there is none installed. Clearly that is my issue. Now, where do I get a "CraftROBO Controller"?

I'm soooo close to fixing this thing. lol.

Thanks for the link. I got it fixed just a minute before though. :p Seeing as this thread is still alive I have another question. First post is updated.

First post is updated with more details.
I contacted Silhouette but they couldn't help me because Pepakura isn't their product. So without further adieu I present to you a geeky star wars pun.

Help me Obi-405th-Kenobi, you are my only hope.

Check the margins in Viewer. It could be that while the registration marks are correct, the margins is preventing the cutter from going all the way down.

Aw. That didn't work, the bottom is still being cut off and I am still clueless about the lines that aren't on their mark.

I've recently experienced this problem too. Are you using a laptop as your computer? When I had everything plugged into my laptop, I had your same problem. Previously, I had everything running on my home desktop, and the whole page was cut successfully. If you have access to one, you might try that.

I am using a PC. :( Could it possibly be that I messed up something when editing the file to fit into the CraftROBO program? Everything seems to be in the registration marks.
