Well, trust me on the fact that the Vader costume is by far the hottest costume Ive ever seen. At least 40+ ambient temp while wearing it. Your litterally having beads of sweat running down you forehead by the time your reaching for the helmet to put it on.
In that a single cooling vest with 8 cooling sticks in it is more than enough to keep you totally comfy for more than two hours.
With all the gaps in the mjolnir armor in the armpits, groin, knees wrist ect, you will be far cooler in it than a vader. So making a high voltage electrical system to power a cooling sysem will be overkill.
Its a great idea, but overly expensive, and not worth the time in the end.
No one can stop anyone from trying anything they want. But from experienced costumers out there a cooling vest in 99% of the cases is more than adequate. Worst case, by an extra set of cooling sticks to put in your vest and do a change out every couple of hours.
