Easier Visor Tint... I think (not the light spray paint method)

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I believe one of the reasons that this doesn't see more widespread use is that it supposedly can't conform to strong curves like those in Halo helmet visors. And you can't apply it to a flat sheet and then vacuform it.

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
 
i actually didnt think about that how would the the film go over that eva.....maybe the film could maybe go over a visor like the reach security one with not a lot of curve.....hmm ill see how it goes.
 
I have that lying around here, it's super for flat visors.
but not usefull for thermoformed visors or bold visors. because it crackels

i used it for my recon visor, it was just a flat piece, that curved just a tiny bit, i re-enforced the edges with some scotch tape
