and As for getting the elite armor back in the US, Just wear it, there'd be nothing cooling then an Elite walking around in an airport terminal, How much have you completed?

Well, first things first, to build it.
And if I make it where I can fit it into my duffle (highly unlikely) i could just bring it with me.

What you have to do is find out where you are staying, and then ship it ahead to the place you are staying via USPS or UPS or Fedex or DHL...whatever. That's how the costume transportation stuff is done by the 501st, and I learned why you should ship, the hard way. ;-)
