alright...
Get around 2 female (for the waist line) spandex suits. (don't worry, any hint of you won't show up in the end)
can you sew? If so, then start putting in the obvious details.(cut one suit into 4 tubes, and sew it on to the other's legs, and arms.)
Get beadfoam or couchfoam, and start reinforcing it with muscle patterns. Carve the muscle shapes first, then sew them to the inside of the spandex, make sure the spandex stretches tightly around each muscle.
Cover it in a thinnish layer of latex, adding skin wrinkles, and bumps.(mixing the latex in cottenballs should do it.) THANK GOD FOR HUNTERSLAIR.COM!!!
Paint it in latex paint.(I've heard "createx" works perfectly.)
Put your frame in, and hopefully, you should have a full body suit.

there are many methods when it comes to making a muscle suit, DONT BUY ONE! They suck! I bought one for my pred costume, and it wasn't that good, it had fake tattoos on it :/

Well, the only muscle suit i can get with relative ease is a superman siuit. (Thanks for the mini-tut xal).
I can mod it, though. I can sew, so that will hope.
And btw, xal, your tut made sense to me.
But, you want me to put latex over cloth?

yes, put the latex directly on the cloth.
The following is a stupid statement: Don't use leather on the cloth, the oils push the latex off (again, thank god for the lair)
Silicone lasts longer than latex (you're gonna have to ask adam for the details) so maybe, use that if you want the suit to last more than 5 years.

I also found a new way to get my elite to look better overall. but that's a secret i'll save until the time comes!!!

I just bought a "superman" youth muscle suit.
I got some major modding to do, but the muscles are big, which is actually a good thing.
(sadly, i watched the dancing banana's entire dance...it's really long!!!)
