I did this last year for HBO's halloween jack o' lantern contest, needless to say I didn't come close to winning and there were some truely amazing entries. I found these photos on my camera today and thought they were worth sharing with you wonderful people:

Ah, pumpkins seem to be a great new medium for creating props! Haha, just kidding. That is super cool though, its a pumpkin EVA, or PEVA.

Haha I see what you did there, very clever I can't even begin to express how awkward, hard and time consuming it is to carve a full helmet into a pumpkin, the visor was literally wafer thin in places
