Ok first off when resin drys is it clear???
and if so would this work....
1.make a crdboard EVA visor
2.cover with a clear wrap like plastic wrap **make sure their are no wrinkles in the wrap
3.fiberglass resin 2 or 3 layers
remove visor (plastic wrap will still be on but its clear so it shouldnt really matter

Um you might not be able to see through it but maybe. talk to the blue.

Resin will eat through the wrap.

Plus, resin dries a yellow/brown-ish color.

just buy a visor... ssor got one for $.99 at good will... then put a window tint on it...

depends on the type of resin, a lot of casting resins cure completely crystal clear.

if you used crystal clear resin you'll need a big vac u chamber
