Fiberglassing rest of armor question

what do you guys do when it comes to fiber glasing the rest of the armor? the helmet i know how to, but like the chest/back, forearm,biceps and the rest of them, would you fiber glass it like the helmet, resin the outside fiber glass the inside? or is there a different way to do it?
