Fiberglassing

ALRIGHTY! ive just finished my super awesome scout helmet (SASH) lol..

and now im moving on to fiber glassing my main question to 405th would be..
is there any certain way to fiber glass.. where do you start like from the inside
to the outside? or what? can anyone kind of give me an idea. THEN the tools...
whats the cheapest kind of fiberglass i can get.. from lowes or anywhere else
i know you need a mask and gloves.

i kinda have the same question about how to do it, i know how to print out and fold and all, but im a bit stuck after that..
but i blame my self i haven't got time to go around to the stickies, which i think im going to do right now
hoping they have i fiber glass tut, and whats body filler btw?
