First pep project

Heres my first ever pep project 5 hours after coming out of the printer.

110LB cardstock & a low temp glue gun

(Not scaled, so its way HUGE, i need to figure out the right scale for me, my head circumference is 26in)

Pix aren't the best, sorry about that, can som1 help me w/ scaling or building technique's?

Well when I said cool I meant that I wish he was as into Halo (or at least the armor, like you said) as I am.

My dad's too fat to fit into anything armor unless you removed the bottom parts. And he doesnt really get into halo he just knows who master chief & the covenant are

in a worst case scenario if your helmets turn out to big and you dont have a kicka$$ dad you could finish the helm and sell it to buy stuff to make your new helm
