so far im in the middle of the project. i have all the pep files less the boots. if anyone has the boot file id be so glad.
completion of the following.. left and right shoulder bells outa fiber glassing waiting on bondo work front and rear cod plates outa fiber glassing waiting on bondo work, torso is aprox 50% complete on fiber glass, i say this only because im making it 3 layers thick. the piece is so large i wanted the extra layers to protect my investment of time and money. A trick i found on youtube that makes this sooooo ez. spray on adhesive. you spray the pep parts then stick squares of cloth to them let it dry then glass over it.. its a joke how simple it is. i have the right thigh and gauntlet done in pep. been slower going due to work keeping me late. unlike most suits ive seen i plan to make the upper arm parts as well.. i have both shins upper arms and the left thigh and gauntlet left. up in the air on gloves atm. ill add some pictures shortly
