Gears Of War 3 - Dizzy Wallin C.O.G. Armour

Hey guys, I've been spending some time focusing on Gears Of War armour and decided i like Dizzy's the best. It look easy but cool. Just.... I have no idea what supplies im gonna need or where to even start when i get the supplies. Any help?

Thank you guys. Im most likely going to go from the feet up. It just seems impossible to me. And if i do get it done, Im actually supposed to WEAR it? That thing will weigh like 100 pounds!

Use foam and detail with sintra or some other kind of plastic. The most the costume will weigh is about 15 lbs.

By the way, If this doesn't work out or after i finish im going to try Clayton Carmine. So if i could get some tips now that would be great. Like tips for just general armour building.
