I currently have a poor budget but plan to make my ODST soon
A small budget just makes it more fun of a challenge!I currently have a poor budget but plan to make my ODST soon
A visor and strapping but that's about it.What are we missing guys?
kwik seal, leak seal. rotor tool helps but isn't necessary. sand paper(better to have than not, but not necessary), pens, sharpie, cutting matt (not neeed but sure helps sometimes)A visor and strapping but that's about it.
I'd argue that none of that is necessary for a budget build, but if you have it, it'll make your build a lot better and easier.kwik seal, leak seal. rotor tool helps but isn't necessary. sand paper(better to have than not, but not necessary), pens, sharpie, cutting matt (not neeed but sure helps sometimes)
it's all the little stuff you have to buy right off the bat that gets you, but it's not all necessary.
It's because of people like you I added this in when I originally wrote that postUltimate budget build is beer cases and dollar store duct tape. Paint isn't necessary, just use more duct tape for coloring and strapping.
build a respectable (non-cardboard) suit
Beer cases are cardboard? Wack. It's because of people like you I added this in when I originally wrote that post
No....but they carry magical liquid that does make things happen.....good and bad.Beer cases are cardboard? Wack.
I just thought they were magical delivery systems.
The magical liquid also gives you magical vision. It makes ugly things look good.No....but they carry magical liquid that does make things happen.....good and bad.
I'm going to start listing the magical liquids in my build threads and give a rating. Based on the build you can guess how much I liked the liquids.No....but they carry magical liquid that does make things happen.....good and bad.
I believe they're called potions. Post a build, and we'll guess what potion was involved xDI'm going to start listing the magical liquids in my build threads and give a rating. Based on the build you can guess how much I liked the liquids.
I live in the UKDoing an ODST on a small budget is very doable. If you use Foam, Harbor Freight has the 4 pack sheets (2ft x 2ft) for under $10 so you might need 2 packs. Heat gun goes for $30. Contact cement is under $10 for a med size can. Paint (cans, brushes, acrylics/latex) .......around $25-30. Hot glue gun and sticks around $20. So, all together not that bad.
