This is my current kit I finished around the summer of this year. It is a combination of different armor sets from different cores as well as some added details from different sets of armors and references from Halo media.

I figured as more and more posts are added to the Armor Discussion forum, a central place for all completed or near completed armor would be a beneficial reference for us all, as well as a Hall of Honor for those amazing artisans. This is for your armor, that you bought or built, not someone else’s.

If we can keep out the discussion of how's and why's that'd be great. Either PM the creators or start a new thread (remember to search first).

So if ya got 'em post some pics... (it'd be cool if you also posted a little snippet of how you made it i.e. Vacuum form, molds, materials, but it's your choice.)

My first ever helmet. It's kinda a rookie helmet with a little extra detail. I made it with a lacrosse helmet and lots of eva foam. Hope you like it.

Got my cricut in today and man is it awesome definitely gives any project that extra something. Just finished my SPNKr.

i fixed the visor for my Halo Reach Mark V and used it for my Agent Washington cosplay. it took me a solid 20-30 minutes to clean the visor and get rid of the unwanted markings on it. i like the progress i made!

the top photo is the visor that i fixed and the bottom is the photo i took with the helmet and armor on.

Wow those look fantastic! Is it all 3d printed or parts of foam? How ddi you build the weapons? Your worn look is on par though. These look great and battle driven

Cardboard Master Chief

Well, having found this particular string thanks to Redsleighdown, I have some pictures of my own costume. Made completely of cardboard and duct tape, I bring to you in order of production: The Master Chief of Emporia, Kansas! (warning: 11 pictures...)

I can't see any images but I am so intrigued. Cardboard! How long did that take? Did you use a pattern or made it all on your own??

Well that sucks that the pictures aren't there! I'll add them again here.

It took about a month to build. No pattern at all, I literally just relied on in-game models for Halo 2. I built it primarily for the release of Halo 3, and it even won me a free copy of the Legendary Edition (that pic and my only competition included!)

LEDs in the inner Parts. Files by those guys and its all good old PLA printed.
