Foam Halloween flood build

How well has it worked? The tongue doesn’t get in the way?
The shoe is really easy to put on if I just grab the tounge, pull it, then stuff my foot inside.

I got the shoe spray painted. I did a base coat of green, then a layer of a tanish-brown, then a few splotches of red, then a layer of really pale skin color.

That new photo helped. Honestly, I’m really impressed how well the side profile covers the tongue and doesn’t show the shoe underneath. You did killer work and should be proud!

I love the green and pinkish hues together. Looks super necrotic!
 
Well, looks like I’m bringing this thing to worlds. I’ve got to make a few last minute changes as a result of that. Here’s what I plan on doing:
Removing the ribcage (it looked cool, but it wasn’t going to be finished in time)

Re-painting the whole thing to look fleshier

Add spray insulation to cover the seams between the paper on the spine and generally fill in holes
