Here you can get all of series one for 49$. Here for all the series one Vehicles.

Then there are individual auctions for 9.99 I believe. I would check it out if I were you guys...

You won't get them now. It is pretty convenient that the auction states "it will shipped within 30 days of auction close" (this is a rule on eBay when you are taking preorders), and then "we are not responsible for manufacture's delay." Sounds like they plan on just telling you it is delayed after you order.

If they had them in hand, I'm sure they would have some actual pictures, too.

Way to read my entire post.

Right after they say it ships within 30 days, it says they will not be responsible for delays because of manufacturing. Incase you do not quite understand that, that means they do not have to ship if they do not receive the figures from McFarlane within 30 days (which they won't since those figures won't be shipping out for months).
