Halo 3 marine

So I’m currently making the Halo 3 Marine with the help of PapaHawk (thanks a ton to him), anyone have any solid idea that they’ve done in the past? We’re doing a fiberglass helmet since the foam helmet fire we were gonna do were messed up. I’m trying to do the rest with foam.

I’m just asking for any advice for it on what size foam and just tricks of the trade for this.

I’ve used 12mm for all my foam builds, but 10mm would work as well

Personally, I've made 2 spartans out of 12mm EVA foam floor matts. It's easy to get my hands on and not too expensive, and it's also not too tricky to work with.

This is my Halo 3 helmet i believe its fiberglass I didn't make this I did try to track it down to who ever made it but to no luck. In side the helmet I have used some bike helmet pad and some thicker foam matts and made a chin strap I have hot glued them in side. I hope the photos help
