I made the helmet provided in this thread, very well made, easy to follow but a tricky build due the the shape of the helmet itself and not the pepakura file, but very clean pep file i had a lot of fun making it and detailling it! thanks for sharing it!

i have no clue how to find, download and use these pepakura files, what do i do?
Scroll up to the top of this page. On the top right will be an orange button labeled "Download." Click on that and a .Zip file will be downloaded to your PC.

You will then have to extract the the contents of the .Zip file. Once you do you will get a folder full of all the available files. Files optimized for use with Foam will end in FOAM. All other files are intended to be sued with normal card-stock paper and reinforced with fiberglass and resin.

You will need to download the Pepakura program, either Viewer or Designer in order to open the .PDO pepakura files, both for paper and for foam.

I see you only created your account at the same time as you posted this. You need to be logged into your account when you click the download button. If you are not logged in you can not download it. So if you tried to download this before you created your account then it would not work. Now that you have an account and are logged in, you can download it.
