Here are a few photos of my FIRST EVER Halo Armor!!!! This was my first attempt at foam Halo armor using the DFT method. It was a ton of fun and I am glad with the result. Let me know what you think!

Thanks man! I used a neosport wetsuit and painted a texture onto it.

Fraggin awesome!! The foam work is so clean and the undersuit looks incredibly accurate. But doesn't that wetsuit/ undersuit get hot after a while, especially covered in foam armor? I probably wouldn't want to wear that myself to a con here in Arizona with one of my own suits. But still, it looks great!

Thanks! This wetsuit is pretty thick, and it is warm (especially down here in New Orleans). I have built two other suits since, and I used 1 mm wetsuits for those. Those were much cooler.

What type of paint did you use on the undersuit? I've tried spray acrylics on a pair of Nike running pants and it didn't really work...

For this one, I used regular acrylics. for the undersuit, I spray-painted on the texture.
