I know there are some that are made in a factory, but I am not sure who does its probably like mega blocks or something anyways this person takes legos and builds Halo stuff (and other games on the rest of hs site) from scratch, he gives some intructions for free on how to build the gstm hunter, and ODST HEV , plus he sells or sold not sure if he still does instructuons and decals for the bigger setse made
