As for the unsc. I used card stock and ms paint. I typed about five diffrnt sized versions then selected the one that was the best size. I then cut it out with an exacto knife. I masked of the area I didn't want sprayed held the stencil over it and hit it with a few sprays of white flat paint. I did the same thing with the eagle.
