Some of my absolute favorite moments are things you never realised happened in a game. You only see them still-framing through a replay with a free camera after the game when you are watching in theatre...

Things like a spartan laser being so bright as to polarise even the game camera for a few frames. Or even the scarab explosion which changes all ambient light when it goes off...

i like getting in the middle of where a grenade went off in theatre mode cause then everything is all *sheen* an crap. XD

it looks all fine then you know you're where a grenade went off cause of everything being white XD

One of my biggest WTF moments in a Halo game was on Silent Cartographer the second time i played it. It's just where you get the cutscene of the MC walking out on the suspended walkway. The cutscene actually shows you the entire level spread out below you(The first time, i obviously didn't know what to look for). I realised that if you time it right, you could run off the walkway towards the lower levels and survive the jump. You can't of course, unless you have an overshield(Which are plentiful in this level). You need to go get an overshield, and do the jump. You will lose the overshield and your warning will sound. But it means you can do the level in half the time.

I just like doing the jump and making it. Every time i replay the level now i do it that way...

Considering the Mjolnir is supposed to be able to survive an orbital drop, it sucks the small amount of damage that can kill you in the game!

My 2nd WTF moment:



My 2nd WTF moment happened yesterday,let me tell you the story:



im A skilled sniper and i keep my word,so when i was playing sandtrapp on XBL with 16 people i bribed one to smash me in a mongoose with his gravity hammer when i went over the ramp.He did and i ended up ontop of the two towers with infinite s iper bullets.Now here comes the WTF moment.

I was tracking a scorpion with my sniper rifle and tried to kill the driver,and i figured that woudnt work and changed to my spartan laser,just when i was charging it up the driver spots me and wants to kill me,i fire my laser just when he fires his cannon,i feel victory as the laser spins into action and his cannon rocket would be elimanated,and suprisingly my laser hit the rocket and sends it back into the cannon pipe,and as feel Victorious he fires a second rocket,and i get ready to dodge it and then the first bullet sky rockets the pipe open and im like WTF,then both rockets hit me but didnt explode instead the start circiling my player and smashing him all around then they explodeleaving me airborne and as soon as i touch the ground i sink into the sand and only my helmet is left.

[Xtreme TACTICS 101]

Oh man, heres my WTF moment.



I went over to my buddies house a week ago. We played X Box live from 2:00 PM-11:00 AM the next day. At wround the 20'th game on big team social, something really messed up happened. We where on standoff, and I get into a mongoose to quickly drive around and grab their hog. On my way, I run into a banshee. It shoots at me, and I just floor it twords a ramp on one of the missle silos to try and hijack it. What happens is I didn't get off the mongoose to hijack the banshee. I just ram into it, and splatter the guy inside. The banshee goes down, lands on 2 other guys, and I land and splatter another guy. Now im sittng there with an overkill splatter going "dude, WTF!" I jump out of the mongoose, run a few meters to the enemy base, grab their hog, ride back, and get 3 more splatters on the way. I don't know how, but I had gotten a Killimanjaro for that! I guess the splatters where perfactly timed togeather or something.



Anybody else who can beet that can kick me below the belt.

I can't personally, but I have witnessed a match with a buddy of mine that did an awesome job like that once too. it all leads to circumstance an chance really XD an lots of luck haha



we were playing slayer-team deathmatch an when our teams decided to go straight forward an hit eachother head on instead of finding ways to flank the enmeies threw up a bubble shield an pretty much all of them hid in it, then ducked in an out in order try an kill us without getting shot. my buddy ran up threw a sticky, it landed on the shield generator with everyone in it, he backed out an it blew everyone inside up! it was awesome, then seconds after the people in the shield died the last remaining guys walked up since they were smart enough to evade the sticky in the shield but got headshot seconds after the shield went down by my buddy again. it was fricken crazy, lol I have it on video still XD

Me and a friend of mine where playing some big team slayer on valhalla (8 vs. 8) and half of our team quit. The game was to 100, and I must admit the game was very epic. We were trying really hard to keep up, and we did. In the last 30 seconds of the game, the score was Blue 99 - Red 92 (us). In a last attempt to even the score, I threw a plasma grenade across the map as I went through one of the grav lifts. Just as the grenade touched down, somebody on the other team deployed a bubble shield right ontop of the grenade. The whole enemy team bunched up inside to avoid our fire and BOOM! They all died (Killtastrophe!). Score Red 100 (us) - Blue 99.

Oh look Master Chief pieces everywhere LOL. OK my Halo WTF moment happens to be when I was on The Gultch multiplayer level on Halo 1. It was about the funniest glitch I ever had happened to me and I won't ever forget it. When I was going down the middle of the map I got run over by a scorpion tank, trying to jump on it or shoot at the guy in it I don't remember which, but anyway I ended up stuck in the front of the tank unable to move at all the person jumps outta the tank throws a grenade onto me and runs off well it does'nt kill me or the tank funny enough instead I'm glitching now stuck in between the tank and the level seeing the underlevel below me and the tank still above me by 50 feet looked like.

My #2 Halo WTF moment and I don't remember what level it was I remember it had a few floors to it and a tower in the middle with arocket launcher and a invisiblity in the center I think it was Halo 2. Anyways it was at a gamestore where you pay to go in and play the games and when you get the XBOX's filled to capicity with player and you set them on the level with nothing but rocket launchers it's very funny to watch it rain dead MC's.

Ok here's my #3 WTF moment,I was playing on Valhalla on 8 vs.8 slayer(all rocker launchers type on halo 3),and we were having a rocket war,when i fire one rocket that end up killing everyone except for me(even my teammates.I fired my rocket launcher at wraith when a banshee sweeps across the top of the wraith as my rocket is about to hit the wraith,the banshee get it the way,and it blows up near the wraiths plasma mortar firer as its firing a mortar.And since i was airborne,the mortar shot curled up and instead exploded across the map floor killing everything is sight that was on the ground.It looked very nice,but afterwards,the wraith blows up hurdling its self towards me and splatters me.It was epic,but turned into EPIC FAIL.LOL.

lol, there was so much you could do in Halo: CE. I got stuck in the tree, and did tehe Hog-In-Hallway thing every time. On the second level, if you do it right, you can follow the stream in the middle of the level and get stranded on a ledge after you fall off the cliff. Also, the improv bridge that you crosss ate the beginning of that level, you can fall and land on the second or third (don't remember) bar and be stranded. One WTF moment I had was the level where you drop in on a pelican to a doorway with turrets and stuff. Accidentally, I found out that when you get out of the Pelican, you can get back on by holding "X." We did this a few times after that, jsut for the kicks. The pelican eventually dissapears, leaving you with a very long fall. You pass a couple of strange, spinning rings that you can land on if timed perfectly. Also, when you get out the second time, if you're diving at an angle in the pelican, an action notice pops up that says "Press 'X' to Drive Pelican." Who'd have thunk? Unfortunately, you never have enough time to actually hoold the "X." Sad
