So it took me a few weeks, but I was finally able to finish the Busa. Decided to do a few things different with it; I modified the face a little to allow for more jaw and nose room, and I decided to make it a split helmet so I could put it on easier. I also added Fast Steel to the face plate and spikes of the helmet to give it some added strength.

Thanks! took me a while to get it looking right. Thinking about changing the clips on the side to some more sleeker looking ones.

very nice, very nice. just started on another hayabusa my self, same model as your agbates letter haya. hope it turns out looking as good as your when im done with bondo.

sexy work dude! Would love to see some pictures of the helmet in its seperate peices. Any other hardware besides the clips to keep the faceplate lined up while your wearing it? Awsome helmet!

Thanks! Sorry but I dont have any other pics. Didnt think to take any till after it was almost done. The only hardware on it is the two clips and a hinge in the back. I put enough padding in the helmet to keep it tight when I'm wearing it and its a tight fit. Thats why I had to make it a split helmet, so I could get it on. Lol

Awesome build man. its just crazy! Do you plan on creating the entire armor?

Yea, After i finish the entire MC armor, Im going to make the Hayabusa add on for it. The add on that Im making will be designed so that it just bolts on to the regular armor. Hopefully it will work out.... I'll take pics while im building it, ganna take some time though.

What did you use for the clips on the side? They add a great realism to the helmet.

I went to the local hardware store and got some regular clips like you put on a tool box. I'm going to change them out so that they are a little bit more of a slick design. The ones that are on there arn't working for me. ha ha
