In pepakura designer: 2D Pattern Window > Scale Up/Down By Specifying Value. How to actually scale to your height depends on which model, but you'll usually need an estimate of 40cm roughly.... give or take a few centimetres.

no like i dont know how to scale the chest but i know the rest

Basically what I did was measure from collar bone to collar bone then enter that. I got a pretty good fit. but you want to add a couple cm to what you measure
