I've looked around the forums already for help on this, but sorry if this is a repeat thread :p
Anyway, im starting to plan further ahead so im ready when i need to work on the inside of my Jorge helmet, but i have absolutely no idea what im gunna use inside the helmet for comfort and support so it doesnt wobble or fall off :p
I thought about foam, but im not sure if its a good investment...

Any help is appreciated cus im planning to buy a truck load of stuff tonight, so it would be awesome if i know what i need before then :)
Thanks in advance :D

What a lot of people use, myself included, is poly-fil foam. It's primarily used as padding for furniture or other types of small crafts. It comes in different sizes and thicknesses and is fairly inexpensive. If you take a look at my Mk VI build (link to that thread in my signature) on post #225, I have a short tutorial on how I prep and install padding for my armor, and here is what the inside of my helmet looks like...

Good luck!

I bought a cheap motorcross helmet off amazon for about 20 bucks and robbed the padding out of it for my helm
