help foam templates, assembly for dummies

Hi,
I have downloaded a template for foam that L3x was kind enough to put out there. Being new at this...do I just print the templates out?
When I print them with 6-8 shapes on a page it seems too small to be people sized.

Also...are there tabs on these I disregard?

I "used to" think I was decent at thinking spacially in 3D....but I am...clueless how to begin.

The L3X's template only show half of the item because you can flip to make the other side and I think the original scale of that file is a little small to me and I am only 5'1" I used his file to make my armors.

You'll need to use the scale tool in the 2D menu and adjust to suit you. Then just print on A4, cut out and trace onto foam. Go to YouTube and check out XRobots. Just type XRobots right into the search bar and some of his tutorials will come up. There's a real good one on there about working with foam templates.
