How do I make armor?

Okay, New to forums as you can see, and I was wanting to know how do you make the armor? Like just full out tutorial and whats the best way to make it effectively and cheap? ie, How to make it so simple a 14 yr old like myself can make it without going crazy.

Cardstock or pepakura basically is the way to go card board is actually been done and is quite cheap, but also plan your biuld out carefully I'm sure alot of people will tell you the same but take your time and do it right because it does take time and practice well hope that helps alittle Happy building!!!
