ive recently completed this model for a helmet

my question(s) are

what is the best method to ensure the visor stays molded into the helmet?

and...

after reading the resining tutorials, im still left a tad confused. i know that the resin goes on the outside first, but should i put some sort of coating on my model first? (as it is only paper)

any help would be awesome =]

black silicon and trust me it stays pretty well. oh your gona have to restart and make it out of cardstock or else it will get warped.

Just wondering, I noticed some people kept there pep visor on the helmet when they resin it but what about fiberglass or do you just cut it out at the end and add the visor?

Easiest way to do it in my opinion, is just go down to the hardware store and get some 5 minute epoxy.

cool now my question has been answered. I would personally make it out of cardstock as suggested but you can still try it with the normal paper. Just make sure you put cardboard reinforcement on it.
